The story of an abandoned cat that is rescued by a kindly scientist.  But all is not as it seems in this delightfully gothic tale written in the style of Edgar Allen Poe's "The Raven".  Children will delight in seeing the myriad of mutated mice while adults will enjoy the complicated rhythm and rhyme scheme that only Poe can master.  And that we copied.
