Well, this is the pits.  Anywhere you go in Wyoming can be home to snakes and sometimes they save money on rent by rooming together in a pit.  Even though they have no legs they can still climb trees and swim like a fish so watch out.  Just because you don't see them doesn't mean they don't see you.
